7/19/2023 EnchantaVaughn Approved Upon arrival to the group setting, the client appeared to be in a happy state as evidenced by greeting QMHP-C with a smile. During afternoon observations, The client transitioned to group in an appropriate manner. The client exhibited difficulty following directions given during the “Simon Says” game. QMHP greeted the client upon arrival to the summer program. During morning observations, QMHP reviewed IS with the client. During afternoon observations, QMHP-C facilitated group to assist group members identify, listen, and act out the specific instructions given while playing the game. QMHP-C redirected the client and reiterated the importance of following directions. Concluding the day, QMHP-C provided the client with positive reinforcement for participating. QMHP encouraged the client to remember the importance of being a good listener. The client responded well towards the session as evidenced by engagement. The client was receptive to redirection and positive reinforcement and stated he would continue to make positive decisions. During morning observations, the client interacted with peers in a positive manner. During afternoon observations, the client was observed making positive decisions during group. During Simon Says game, the client struggled with following directives. Upon redirection, the client displayed the ability to regain track and complete the game. The client was able to identify the importance of being a good listener with assistance from QMHP.
